By realizing the central importance of increasing the export capacity for future business development, the extensive employee training project within the programme "Adoption and use of best practices for increasing the export capacity" is being implemented with the support of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA).

The project is aimed to implement a common decision-making practice in the company affecting the company’s business development. 

The project is co-financed from the operational program Growth and employment specific objective 1.2.2. Facilitate the development of innovative and technology-intensive businesses, support event 1.2.2.3. ICT and non-technological training of employees of enterprises, as well as training to facilitate investor attraction, and specific support objective 13.1.6. Recovery measures in the economic sector - training of employees (ERDF) for adoption and use of best practices in micro, small, medium, and large enterprises for increasing the export capacity. 

The project is co-financed by REACT-EU funding for mitigating the consequences of the pandemic crisis.
